Baby/Child Safety and Preparation Services.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have always enjoyed working with children. I worked for the NYC DOT's Safety Education and Outreach unit where I became a Certified Child Passenger Safety Technician in 2010. Many of the car seats that I inspected/installed were not put in the vehicle properly. I realized that there was a need for this type of service along with other baby safety services. This can be all very overwhelming especially for a first time parent!
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I have a very flexible schedule and work around my client's busy schedules. I offer early morning and late night appointments along with weekend hours. My goal is not only to provide first class service, but to make sure the parent/caregiver fully understands and feels comfortable with what they have been taught. Each encounter with my company will be guaranteed to be educational and informative.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
My locations vary since I go to the client and the client does not have to come to me.
